The staff is very friendly and helpful . During our stops when we leave they check if everyone is back in the bus before leaving. The services are very good indeed. The only negative criticism I can give is being late of which it's not on purpose because it is communicated to us if and when facing technical problems

I am very disappointed in their service, I will never take this bus ever again. The bus was four hours late. And worse part was that I was put in a different bus and not dropped off at my designated bus stop.
