This was a horrible travel experience. The bus was extremely late and once arrived it was a very turbulent ride.

One of the attendants directed me to the wrong bus. If I didn't hear another passenger get off I wouldn't have known.The driver should announce stops before departure just in case this ever happens.

Staff was not helpful. Bus was an hour late in boarding and not one person updated us. It was 97 degrees in Philadelphia and very humid. Got on bus and no air conditioner. After an hour it kind of worked but I was having condensation drip on me from above.
Then air was off again for last hour or more of trip. Extremely uncomfortable. Worst experience with travel I have ever had. I would like refund if possible. It truly felt inhumane how hot it was.

From Philly to Newark was great. From Newark to Scranton with a different driver was a living nightmare. I’m from Missouri. Not familiar at all with how busses and their stops work. When we got to Scranton I asked him if that’s where I got off. He looked at me and never answered. He knew 4 were supposed to get off and wasn’t concerned that only 3 got off. Away we went. Me, thinking he was going to stop again. When he was getting out of town I went up and asked if I was supposed to of gotten off at that stop? He became VERY furious, yelling, throwing his arms in the air. He went on down the road a ways and made some turns. I thought he was turning around to take me back. NO….. I was so wrong!! He kicked me off the bus in a grocery store parking lot at 3:00am. I had no idea where I was and what to do. I called 911 and there was a nice officer that got me to my destination.
I don’t wish anyone to ever lose their job. This man COULD NOT speak good English at all. Barely understand what he was saying. I wish this man to lose his job. How many others have been under his wrath and kept their mouth shut.
