Completely dissatisfied with the service at the counter and the driver of the first bus between Philadelphia and New York. Two hours late and no willingness to make sure we can get a flight to New York. Fortunately, in New York, two drivers fought to get us to Montreal. So a more than divided opinion.
The buses almost always left at least a little late. The one from Albany to Montreal left almost an hour late. On that bus, the outlets didn’t work and neither did the WiFi. It could have been worse but also could have been much better.
Nice service and understanding bus drivers.
I just really hate the seats. Why would a bus have leather seats? That was so uncomfortable to recline on. I just kept on sliding down and the option to sleep on my 8 hour trip was impossible.
Staff are unknowledgeable
Le chauffeur est gentil et courtois bon service
the wifi wasnt always avaiable. I was unable to listen to spotify which was very annoying
From New York to Montreal it was fine. The problem was from Philadelphia to New York: the bus was announced as 1 hour late, but by luck I managed to get to an 40-minutes-only delayed bus and didn't miss the connection. No complains in Canada, but Greyhound staff in Philadelphia was not helpful at all. Also the internal buses in US are all so cold (no issues in the buses going to/from Canada).
You're the best
Charging ports did not work. Was not happy about that but it was a good experience
Quick, competent service
The bus was an hour late and there was no A/C in the bus. For a three hour ride without A/C, it wasn't pleasant at all.
