The bus was advertised as having toilet on board. There was no toilet and driver didn't stop for toilet break. Also driver didn't stop to have safety rest during that period. Bus was also advertised as having charging outlets. This was not the case.

Driver nice. Bus Clean. No wifi on board, not as sold. Lucky I didn't need it but others may have.

I am a "senior". Did not see or get offered a discounted for seniors ticket. The train offers this. I thought I would find one on this bus. To be competitive consider offering a senior discount.

Renex is a good company we use all the time. Hovewer, this trip was not so good as we came hour late in Lisbon and had to make our way to an Airport.

The bus was late arriving in Portimao and over one hour late arriving to Lisbon. It was warm on the bus and didn’t have a bathroom

Essaddik T.August 23, 2019 |

Good company but the wifi wasn't working

Gaitri P.August 18, 2019 |

Bus was on time picking us up in Portimao but there was a long wait at Albufeira and we were delayed getting in to Lisbon. The driver seemed to argue with a lot of other passengers getting in the bus which was unpleasant. He even wanted one passenger to put her small dog in the luggage compartment instead of on the bus with her! It seems like our bus seats were also double booked as some other passengers had the same seat numbers as us printed on their tickets as well.

Laura S.August 16, 2019 |

Very comfortable. It is understandable the bus cannot arrive at a certain time because of the traffic flow, so l have no problem with it being a fraction late.

Patricia C.August 10, 2019 |

A very comfortable and relaxing trip. It would have been nice if an announcement was made telling those on board that they had arrived at their final destination. I had to ask a fellow passenger if I had arrived at my destination or if it was a stop along the way to it. Otherwise it was perfect.

Kathleen D.August 6, 2019 |

Bus never came to pick us up at the Portimao stop, we had to get a later bus. Overall very dissatisfied

Andrew B.May 21, 2019 |

I think it is great service and much quicker than the train. The pick-up point at Praia de Roca is not obvious, there is a plain EVA sign but, a bit more information at the bus stop would give passengers more confidence that the bus actually going to stop there.

Asta T.April 6, 2019 |

No bigger complains

Kasey H.March 10, 2019 |

The bus was late, but overall it was a fine experience!
