Bus Tickets from Washington, DC, US to Norfolk, VA

While the bus was one hour late at pick up, the ride was smooth and we made it safely.

Wande coach for me is a no no anytime. Even for free I won't ever ride it. The conduct of the driver was very dissatisfying. The bus so was dirty and smelly. They really should stop rendering sevices. They were late upto an hour without any notice and they never apologized

Great price. Prompt. Operator was a very good driver but also VERY rude...yelled at passengers attempting to board.

Both busses were unclean- fine to be expected. The worst part was the conductor (not the driver) on bus 86215 from Richmond to Norfolk on Thursday July 13. He was incredibly aggressive and seemed to take great joy in yelling at customers. Early in the bus ride, he made deragatory statements about an unhoused (but paying) customer to the entire bus. Later, when people tried to move seats as to not sit next foul smelling and visibly unsanitary other customers, the conductor slapped seats very hard and yelled at people to get in their seats. These slaps were aggressive and just inches from other customers face. This was a man who very clearly enjoyed being cruel to vulnerable people. I highly suggest he is removed from his post, as he seems to be very close to doing actual violence on customers. He also put absolutely no effort into ensuring the hus was sanitary enough to ride on.

Starting with the bus driver was impolite and had no regard for the bus schedule departure time. There is no sense of communication at all. Nothing I will want to experience or have someone else experience again.

Bus left Washington within reasonable limits of time. Traffic was light for just after Christmas. Bus was late arriving and departing Fredricksburg. Bus was late arriving and departing Richmond.
