The old guy who took the bus from amherst to moncton was a really good presence, talking in microphone, asking if everybody understood or had questions. Those good one make the difference i wish they can be thanks by the company
I appreciate the efficiency of the service. It would have been nice to know how long we were staying at each stop. I sat for over 20 mins and would have used washroom if I had known we were stopping that long - it was in Amherst. Otherwise I was happy with service. I felt safe
My first time on a Maritime Bus. Bus was new, we left on time. Passenger load was relatively heavy after we left Dartmouth. Washroom clean and no odour!
For whatever reason, our stop at Amherst was lengthy. I think we changed drivers…. but we were 3:30 leaving Amherst meaning we were going to be late. Second driver “made up some time” meaning we were only 20 minutes late. I was glad I had my ride on text.
The ride was comfortable and I enjoyed my trip. It was a bit cold on board due to everyone being wet and the weather being cool.
The first bus driver was very kind and helpful. The second bus driver was rude and dismissive. When another passenger left with my luggage he shrugged and told me to go inside the station and look for someone with my bag. Another employee told me that I should have a more distinct suitcase in order for this not to happen. As if someone taking my bag was somehow my fault and I was asking for it. Eventually a nice young man at the desk called around and found the lady who had taken my bag by mistake and asked her to come back.
It was late to extreme road conditions on Moncton roads. Rain and snow freezing in past days, caused major ruts and dangerously slippery roads and traffic jams.
Really enjoyed our bus driver Steven Leeds??? He was courteous, careful with luggage and was most helpful to passengers. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. So enjoyed my trip. A most pleasant experience.
I arrived at Halifax Airport from England on Thursday 12th July. I had booked a seat on the Maritime bus departing from Halifax Airport at 16.40. I was the only person waiting and I became very anxious when the bus had not arrived by 17.10. I was only able to gain information by borrowing a stranger's telephone to call the Maritime office. I find this totally unacceptable and very stressful. I hope I never need to use Maritime Bus again. Finally the bus arrived at 17.20. This did of course mean that I was very late at my destination at Moncton Airport for my rendezvous.
Great experience!. Excellent driver, very professional. Very smooth ride.
3. On the bus, every where is fine to sit. It is comfortable. I like the fact that the driver announces the upcoming stations and how long it is going to take before we come up on each one of them.
