Everyone was friendly. The staff made sure everyone had the information they needed to travel like numbers and paperwork for a COVID stop in PEI. The COVID-19 stop at the boarder is the reason why the bus was late arriving at its destination. Was able to watch and enjoy the view while confident the drivers gave us a safe trip to PEI
Bus drivers were rude, impatient, and the bus stops were not clearly labeled at all. My first bus stop didn't even have a Maritime Bus sign anywhere which made it very confusing and difficult. On top of that, with my first bus being ten minutes late, I was worried and thought for sure I had gone to the wrong place.
pleased the drivers coped with a windstorm and changed buses. The first driver, a lady, was gruff and older passengers behind us would have been greatly relieved with a simple clear explanation "we will change to a smaller vehicle and everything will be fine" instead she kept everyone guessing and was uncommunicative.
Very friendly and helpful staff - helped get a cab from the stop to my hotel. The smaller bus on the second leg of the journey was a bit older and could have used some refurb, but otherwise a great trip.
I made the booking in error. I immediately tried to cancel it but could not. I did not use the bus. I was not able to get to a bus station. I could not talk to a human being. I could not get a real email from anyone. Now, most upsettingly, I am receiving this auto-generated survey that presumes I have taken the bus--which means no actual person has received any of my messages!
Everything was late because of the storm (which was obviously not the fault of the drivers or employees) and all the drivers and the employees at the desk at the airport were so beyond helpful and friendly. They made sure everyone got where they needed to go despite the winter storm and were very accommodating. Bus driver also called a taxi for me at the end of the line which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend Maritime Bus to friends traveling through Halifax and PEI.
