But I needed to get to Edmonton today , but never again will I travel on your bus
Bus was incredibly cold. I was wearing mitts, balaclava, hoodie, long-johns, and Sorrels. Everyone was freezing. Frost in inside of windows, walls cold. Could not lean-on or touch. No chance to sleep during ride.
Bus was very small and completely full. I sat in the back row and we were all crammed together. Ride was very cold and my feet were frozen the whole time. Some passengers did not wear their masks the whole time. Arrived at the terminal in Edmonton and the terminal was very cold as well .
Rob Zoolesku the driver was so amazing . Immediately he walked into the station and he saw me on crutches . He talked to me and helped me all through boarding even carrying my luggage and I was seated first. I really appreciate it all. Thanks for being my angel. Keep up your good and kind heart
Not satisfied with this organization. The Driver was friendly, courteous and professional. But, the bus was not tidy and the windows were very dirty and smeared. Bus ride back to Edmonton was very bumpy as the bus rode very rough (could feel every bump and pothole) and the brakes squealed which made me uneasy. The seats were not comfortable for the length of the ride. I will not be traveling with this carrier again
