Considering that bus departed late, the staff at Albany station was laughing about it and not taking into consideration that people are in rush to get on time.
Actually my bus left on time and because there were so many travelers they added an express bus non stop to Boston which I got on not needing to make any stops along the way and arrived early in Boston at South station.
Bus left one hour late from Albany and arrived one hour late in Boston. It bus was on time I would have given top rating.
Timing was annoying. Bus itself was fine
Good ride. Bus was a bit dirty and there was no AC
I had a good trip bus was clean to problems will use this bus again
Late and nobody to tell us it would be late and how late. Disappointed. My sit was broken.
Staff at Albany was very indifferent about our bus leaving more than 45 minutes late. Complete lack of information.
Great driver - spoke to us very well about the upcoming bus trip. He was friendly yet businesslike. And we arrived in Boston EARLY! I couldn’t Believe it!
Bus left late. Driver took wrong turn adding over an hour to an already delayed trip. Passengers helped get bus back on correct route eventually but overall I would not take this bus or recommend it to others.
First couple rides were horrible. One hour delays, extremely dirty etc. Albany to Boston 1:55 was on time, driver was great, but bathroom still extremely dirty. Do they ever clean buses?
We had 1 hour delay in Albany, but the bus went straight to Boston so we were there 30 min earlier than on schedule.
Booked a 10am coach which didn’t arrive till 11.10 then had to wait 45 mins to get onboard
6:30 am bus on 7/12 from Albany to Boston was a no show. People with 6:30 tickets were still waiting to get on the 10 am bus. And then the 10 am bus did not arrive at 10 am. In short, a long line of confused and irritated customers could get no information from anyone at the station. A little bit of communications goes a long way. There wasn't any. Bus left 30 min after schedule. To his credit, driver did a lot to make up time. Condition of bus? Smelly. To be expected on a bus starting in Cleveland 12 hours earlier? In short, it was a bad customer service experience. If Megabus or Bolt serviced the route between Albany and Boston I'd be on it.
My first time using bus
I have traveled extensively and this was my first experience on Greyhound. The bus was old, dirty and drove like a truck. One of the escape hatches blew open in the first 5 minutes of the trip and scared me half to death as I was sitting under it and it felt like it went wizzing passed my head. The driver tried to fix but was unable. He just wanted to leave it open but the passengers insisted it get closed because of the threat of rain.So a passenger actually climbed on the roof to fix it which took about 20 minutes. If he hadn’t stepped up I’m not sure what would’ve happened. The rest of the trip was uneventful but I’m not sure if I’ll ever use Greyhound again.
Good service! It would be helpful get more routes connecting smaller cities and also more direct routes between cities
The bus was extremely hot the entire trip with the fans not effective at all at reducing the discomfort. The bus was on time though which was appreciated.
Great driver, bus on time. What a pity Greyhound doesn't invest in its *vehicles* -- tatty, tired seats and soiled upholstery are definitely not an advertisement for its services. No tray tables. Compare with sleek modern bus services in Quebec and elsewhere: day and night.
This was only my second bus trip through Greyhound, but my bus arrived two 1/2 hours late today
This was a terrible experience. The driver was 35 minuteslate to pick us up. Then he got lost twice. I arrived at my destination 1 hour and 15 minutes late.
very happy with the staff on the phone and in person, they were able to exchange my trip over the phone and they printed out my ticket on site.
Not only was the bus not there at the scheduled time, the bus didn’t show up at the next time we were told it would be available. We had to wait an hour and a half to be able to get on the bus, and we arrived nearly an hour behind schedule to Boston.
Bus was 2 hrs late and there wasnt any delay notification
Decent riding experience
The bus was half an hour late and didn't leave the station until an hour after it was supposed to. I got home nearly an hour late.
