Awesome service and on time.
We left more than an hour and a half late, not all the passengers were able to get on the bus, this is a scandal, I ask for compensation for the delay and mismanagement of passengers at the start and during the journey.
We waited 1 hr 20 mins at the boarder for the last person on board
No internet had to pay roaming charges to use my my phone, Everyone I try to get on the internet, I got a pop-up asking to choose from two different package one for $6.99 and the other for $3.99
Great staff, smooth bus ride, left on time and still arrived later than expected!
The first bus driver left much to be desired. He did not greet us or tell us in advance where the stops were nor for how long the stops would be. The second bus driver was excellent..she identified herself, greeted us, told us in advance where the stops are and for how long. She maneuvered that bus through rush hour traffic in Boston excellently. 10 out of 10 for her!
Adequate information provided
Lateness was due to extreme weather. We were kept informed & drivers did their best to catch up while keeping safe. No complaints.
I was nicely satisfied. It had been decades since I took a Greyhound Bus, but due to more environment awareness, members of our family have decided to reduce air travel The delay was not due to Greyhound, but caused by a wise-guy who for some reason decided to smoke a joint right in from of the immigration officers at the the Canadian/USA border. The drivers were very polite and drove in a manner that made the trip relaxing.
No free internet, no tablet on the seat
the driver missed an exit did a u turn and went back to concord. our ticket said 4 stops but there were 8
I was satisfied with the service, everything went well. However, I was slightly disappointed that the wifi didn't work.
Very reliable service!
My bus was due to leave Montreal at 10:45 am. They overbooked the bus and left a large group of us at the station with no communication as to when the next available bus would be departing. We ended up getting on bus #86961 to Burlington Vermont, where we were told a driver would meet us there to take us to Boston. We arrived to Burlington at 8:30 pm. The driver of the bus apologized how things unfolded the whole day and said he was embarrassed to work for greyhound after what had occurred. He left and another woman appeared to let us know a new driver would be there in 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned into 4 hours. We were stranded on a running bus with no food, no water, no driver and no assistance whatsoever. A driver appeared 4 hours later confused, and agreed to take us to Boston. I was supposed to arrive to Boston at 7:55 pm, I did not reach home until 4:30 am. I am traumatized by what occurred and will from now on advise anyone not to ride on greyhound.
Would 100% never take them again. Bus was supposed to leave at 11:30pm, did not leave until 12:45am. No info, no clarification, no nothing. Drivers gave no update, kept mumbling nonsense that no one understood. TERRIBLE!
took too long at the border, other than that perfect!
Everything was good except for my arrival. I was told I needed to switch buses from Boston, MA to Boston TWS except nobody knew where that was. It did not show up listed nor did anybody help me. Luckily I was already at the south station but the ticket was very confusing. Staff kept redirecting me to somebody that would help me but greyhound staff was particularly rude and was clearly trying to get rid of me.
Bus left Montréal 1 hour late then arrived in Boston 2 hours late. Otherwise it was fine
Going to Boston, the bus didn't look clean and it also smelled urine/ toilet, although I was sitting far from the toilet ( midbus). Going back to Montreal, the bus was 1 hour late , no explanations were given, we just waited there. Instead of leaving at 23h50, we left at 01h00 am
There were significant delays due to traffic and construction in Montreal. Additionally we were very delayed at the border. The drivers did an excellent job in dealing with this and made up a lot of the time. Unfortunately this meant foregoing the rest stops which was somewhat difficult for us seniors. The drivers should be commended for their skill, patience and courtesy in handling these challenges.
The wifi never works. Which is sad. & the air conditioning wasn’t working.
Driver got lost :(
The 2nd driver did not show up and the first drive took the wrong highway so we ended up wasting 4 hours.
3 hours late because the driver took the wrong road according to his GPS. Unacceptable. we should be compensated
We got to White River Junction at the scheduled time which I think is 9:15. We learned that the next driver would not arrive until midnight. So instead of arriving home at a reasonable hour before midnight, I got home at the unreasonable hour of 2:30 am. I am exhausted and have a full day at work tomorrow and need to be alert, I don’t fault the drivers as they had no choice in the matter but this is very poor management, especially given that it is s regular route.
When I arrived at the terminal, they delayed me because they could not tell me the gate I need to be to take the bus, so I was late and when I got to the bus they did not let me board it, so they told me to go with the manager and that he would change me to another bus but he didn´t. They didn´t offered me an other trip so I had to buy again other tickets to get to boston
