Comfortable clean seats. However, the temperature on the bus was freezing cold all night long so many on the bus couldn’t sleep. Also at one point the bus was leaving side to side so much it almost fell. Terrible experience.

Really bad, the bus was 45min late, when we got on we were told to sit at the back because the rest of the seats are wet due to a leak in the roof. The whole bus was damp inside. The toilet was first, there was no water provided. There was no emergency escape hammer. Many of the seats reclining was broken. The seat we were at had a sharp metal object that kept scratching our legs causing blood to draw. Very disappointed.

It left on time but that was pretty much it. The ride itself was extremely inconsistent, rocky, and noisy. We stopped in the middle of a tunnel with sos on the bus until someone came to help us in the middle of the night. There was no water in the bathroom so I couldnt wash my hands. The bus itslef was so rocky that i had to hold on for dear life and had difficulty sleeping. it was also extremely cold on the bus. All in all, i was happy to have made it to my destination even if it ook longer to arrive
