The full cama chair looked more like a semi-cama. The bus stopped quite frequently (once every 2 hours) for 15 minutes. During this time they turned of the airco. Morevoer we had 1.5 hours of delay
The premium seats we bought (at the very back of the bus) where so cramped. We had no room and our legs were sandwiched between our neighbours in front of us.. it was a very uncomfortable 12 hours. It caused bad feeling between our neighbours and I've been in pain all day.
The first bus driver was rude to me. I don’t speak Portuguese and asked him at lunch if I could get my phone charger out of my checked bag and he gave me a hard time about it. He opened the baggage hatch and told me I have to go in and get the bag myself without any instruction on how to climb up to reach my bag. He was just so rude I don’t recommend anybody even try talking to this man
You’re asking me how the bus was? I’m still on the bus for a journey that was meant to end nearly 12 hours ago & we still have more than 4 hours until our destination.
The bus took to much time in each stop, which made him late to São Paulo. So I had to go down 45 minutes before and take an Uber at 195 real just so I won’t miss my flight
Bus on Time, however the seats aren’t suitable for a 12 hour ride, too small, dont recline well, distance to the front seat too small, sharp edges in the foot area.
The driver was driving too fast and inconsistent. I felt sick for most of the time.
Water was provided, no food/ snacks.
I wouldn’t use the company again for a long journey
Staff who checked us in was very friendly. Seats were really comfortable. They provided water, a pillow and a blanket which was good. We arrived an hour earlier which was perfect.
There was no WiFi as promised and the bus was late arriving in São Paulo. Food served was next to nothing. I’d research other firms before booking with this company again.
Big trip,no smth to eat or drink, not even water! On my trip from chuy to floripa that was a lot of hours with another company also they gave us a blanket, also the wifi was not working!!!!
Very Very bad bus seating. Knowing this journey is long almost 11 hr. Should have some Space, better chair.i was happy with the equatour bus from SP to Florianópolis.
