A long time on a bus that is not very comfortable, but it also not the worst, there is a toilet on board and stopped half way for some food and a break
Traffic not their fault but don't understand why we stopped for 30 mins when less than an hour from Sao Paulo and only 20 mins after we'd stopped at Sao Jose de Campos for 20 mins? Also the toilet absolutely stank!
It was pretty comfusing to find the bus, since the name of the company was not on the bus but some other company, totally by change I asked, a random bus arriving so late for departure.
The bus were comfy, the driver drove safely and nice. Had two rest stop, at least the last one 20 minuts before arriving to São Paulo was completely waste of time, it seems like the only reason for the stop was for the driver to be social with his coworkers. And it made the arriving time even more delate.
It could be nice to have the info in the start of the trip also giving in english.
On time for pick up and nice comfortable bus.
Staff friendly and helpful for helping us get checked in at the start of the journey.
As always too many stops when the bus (as always) is late.
The bus was one hour 45 minutes late. It pulled over at the side of the Motorway six times with no explanation. We had a flight booked and had luckily left a buffer of time which meantime we scraped the flight. I would advise anyone travelling with this company to have a big buffer of time around you’re plans as time seems to be irrelevant.
Badly managed. The bus turned back towards Paraty 90 minutes into the journey after starting at 2PM(20 minutes behind schedule). So effectively, we reached Paraty at 5PM and then started the journey again. There was no reason offered by anyone as to why did the bus turn back. Reached Sao Paulo at 1AM instead of 740PM
No English.
No communication to us regarding the multiple stops along the way. Took a different route than the “standard” route to São Paulo. Multiple stops for lengthy period of time. Taking a route that is not standard without commutation or rationale for this. Very disappointed.
This bus took the most indirect route from Parati to São Paulo. We went via ubatuba and Caraguatatuba which is extremely slow with all the speed ramps and no body was even getting off at these towns! It would have been 2-3hrs quicker going via guaratingueta. There were two unnecessary half hour stops, one at 6 and one at 8, yes it’s important for the driver to have a break but this is ridiculous, people were outside chilling and drinking as If it was a pub crawl. The air conditioning wasn’t working at the back of the bus so we were sweating the whole journey and when the driver turned a corner the old air conditioning water leaked from the vents on the roof over the other passengers. Horrendous journey!!
The bus itself was very comfortable, and the driver very friendly. The fact that we arrived 3.5 hours later than the scheduled time is why I marked the trip lower.
The bus was 30 minutes late leaving the departure destination. Shortly into the trip the bus broke down. We were left with no other option than to leave the bus and pay another R $61 or wait 3hrs for another bus.
Bus arrived close to 1 hour late with no communication from staff other than "it's on its way", it then arrived 2 hours late to the destination. We had a connecting bus from another terminal but luckily left time to spare, as had we chosen an earlier option we would have missed it
Very good company ! We had space for our feet, a charge for our mobiles phone and the conductor was very professionnal. The only thing is that we arrived 2hours late.
Trip scheduled or six hours took thirteen, due to a combination of poor route planning and bad traffic. Bus on the same route that left two hours after us beat us to the destination.
It is 930pm and I'm still in the bus - we should have arrived at 330pm. Some not the buses fault as traffic wad teŕrible but we left late and the timetable is clearly way too optimistic to the point of being a blatant lie.
Bus was 2 and a half hours late the staff were not helpful at all nor were they polite when asking when they thought the bus would come. I had another bus to catch to florianopolis which I thought I had left plenty of time between buses.
