Didn't even locate where the bus was.no contact ,nothing.had to buy another ticket from a different company.will never introduce blablabus to anyone. Will discourage others taken it and possibly publishing my experience on the media
I am not very happy with the service. When I arrived at the bus garage, I started to panic as there was no sign to show I was at the right or wrong place. It is an open space with no place to sit or hide from the freezing cold. Luckily people started to arrive and I spoke to them to see if we they’re waiting for the London BlaBlabus to London, we were all waiting for the same bus which was a relief. The bus arrived on time and it was a plain white bus with a hardly noticeable Ouibus sign on the screen.
We boarded the bus alright and the allocated seats sent via email was a joke, there were no seat numbers. I was unable to sit with my little child and had to seat apart. I told the driver and he completely ignored.
The heating on the bus was too high and we were all terribly sweating. The driver didn’t allow any break and we still got to London late. The bus was clean, seats comfortable but there was no wifi or charging points for devices, toilet was okay too. I would score the whole experience 5/10
Bus came on time at Antwerp bus station but there was severe delays right from Calaise France. French were taking long time to check people. Then there was a big que of cars and buses waiting for their turn to go inside Euro tunnel on the train. Then when we came out of tunnel then the traffic was moving slowly on the road. It was a bad day altogether being Sunday and bank holiday weekend.
Bus was about 30 mins late to come in at its Antwerp stop on plantinkaai, I was very lucky for the bus driver to spot me far at where I was sitting and called me to ask where I was going. However we got to London on time at 5pm, and the ride was smooth and stressless (Well except going thru UK border control ofcourse). Overall I will ride with this company again, they had the cheapest tix I could find too. Bus driver (sorry I don't know his name. Thick and tall black guy) was very nice and cool.
