The staff were rude and intimidating because of my ticket which was bought on busbads when I clicked child in th option of age on my ticket it showed up as baby and on the journey from when thy picked us up the staff kept saying i was scamming the company and my children didn’t look like babies it was stressful and embarrassing thy kept repeating this up until i got to london so was appalled and disgusted at the 2 staff members
