The staff sent me to a wrong coach so I was waiting for the bus and nothing came plus they printed me a ticket for green line when it was actually national express so I had to get lucky enough to go in a bus not that full

My only reservation is that the wifi was not turned on. This is my first time in UK and I wanted to use the wifi service to communicate my host but that wasn't possible. Next time the wifi should be on.
