The bus was 25 minutes late. There was a man at the back of the bus laying all over the back seats drinking alcohol and playing loud music on and swearing very loadly on his phone. He was very combative when asked to turn his music off. But eventually did. However he continued to drink alcohol and then went to the toilet and started smoking. We reported this to the driver who said he could also smell smoke but didn’t tell him to stop.
