Bus ended up showing up 2:30h late, then was stuck in Niagara Falls. We had to drive INTO the RESIDENTIAL neighborhood TO PICK UP A NEW DRIVER AT HIS HOME. I was basically a hostage in this bus.

The bus was dirty and smelly. All drivers I came in contact with were unfriendly. The bus was significantly delayed and the trip took much longer than advertised.

The experience was good, the driver was very friendly, the immigration process was easier than I thought, we got to stop and see the Niagara Falls and that was a big surprise for me. The drive is pleasant but the seats are very uncomfortable :( and there was no water coming out of the sink in the bathroom
