the bus being delayed however not getting an email until later on
I did not enjoy the 4 stops with one being over 30 minutes. I will be more careful next time when booking. Also, no one sat in their assigned seats. I got off the bus and someone took my seat because someone was in their seat. The driver was very good about giving details at each stop. The app was also very helpful to follow our progress.
According to multiple positive reviews, customers highly recommend the bus service for its comfortable trip experience. The drivers are praised for their helpfulness with luggage and assistance at the border and in Toronto. However, some reviewers suggest considering other options like Grayhound or flying if possible.

Lots of snow and bad roads for a while. The driver was very good!
Driver went above and beyond to help me with my luggage, at the border, and upon arrival in Toronto. THE BEST!!!
I really enjoyed someone else driving that trip from Niagara Falls to Toronto. The bus was very nice with plugs to charge phones and TVs although I did watch the screens.
According to customer reviews, the coaches are comfortable and clean. The staff is pleasant and courteous, although inconsistent in providing instructions for border crossing procedures. Some drivers offer clear instructions while others do not. However, passengers appreciate the comfort of the buses and their punctuality, as well as the professionalism of some drivers.
Greyhound Buffalo Toronto recent customer reviews
The second driver who took over driving from Niagara Falls to Toronto changed lanes erratically on QEW, never checked his blindspots and literally forced 2 cars onto the left shoulder. Tailgated other cars and flashed high beams for no reason. Argued with passengers who obviously paid for their tickets. He was the most dangerous bus driver I've ever had on any trip.
Coach was 3 hours late arriving with no updates or explanation. Chatting to Greyhound staff, they said it had left when were sitting in the coach station (in other words, they had no idea). The journey was uncomfortable and was my first and last Greyhound journey. It would have been less stressful and more comfortable going with another route
Coaches are comfortable and clean. Staff are pleasant and courteous, but inconsistent in making announcements/ instructions regarding boarder crossing procedures which can be mysterious to first-time passengers. Unlike the driver on my Dec. 19th trip from Toronto to Buffalo, who provided wonderfully clear and informative instructions, the Jan. 30th trip from Buffalo to Toronto driver offered few instructions. Luckily, I was able to advise other passengers what to do.
A good way to travel this route is with Poparide. The company offers 1 daily departures, with ticket prices starting at US$13.00 and the shortest trip taking about 2h21. Poparide gets you where you want to go for a fair price.
