This was the worst trip I have from Cornwall to London in 40 years of travel, firstly bus didn’t turn up, nobody let me know, after half an hour managed to get through they said bus broke down , which I since found out was a lie, they cancelled it for commercial reasons think only had a few people booked on it I eventually got a taxi to Exeter but was dropped in wrong place , by chance as I was about to walk with luggage to find bus stop the replacement bus driver was lost and I got on and we managed to work out where stop was. And then it turned up the replacement driver didn’t have enough hours to reach Heathrow without a 45 minute rest, I would like someone to contact me to see if I can be compensated
