The confederation bridge was closed to high sided vehicles, so we were told we had to transfer to a van, 6 at a time. We all accepted this but we’re then left on the bus for over 45 minutes. We arrived with 3 vans in the parking lot but never moved until far into our wait. It seemed very unprofessional and unorganized as this should’ve been prepared far in advance. It ended up making the trip over an hour longer than it should have. It was very disappointing as a returning customer. I hope they will be more prepared next tome.
The bus drivers were amazingly professional yet friendly. A true asset to the company. Buses were clean. Comfortable. Again a shout out to the drivers.
Had a great couple of trip in the last week enjoyed the Chill time
Overall enjoyable, although not a lot of leg room. The lady in front of my reclined her seat and I was unable to use my laptop. Felt very cramped.
Great customer service; the staff at Charlottetown helped me when I made a mistake with my ticket. Really appreciated that.
My first time riding with Maritime Bus was a positive experience. Was a little worried at first but every stage of the journey made me feel easier from receiving clear instructions from the receptionist at the terminal to the drivers. Upon arriving at the destination (Halifax airport to be), all the bags that belong to people leaving to catch their airplane were promptly withdrawn by the driver. I truly appreciated this kind of organization in their logistics. Very happy with Maritime bus and their well-trained staff.
Average bus ride. Not good, not bad. Second driver (Amherst to Halifax) was rude.
Brian and Dave were both amazing. There were pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to answer any questions and to get us safely to our destination. Would travel with them again and recommend them to others!!
My trip Ch'town to Hfx went smoothly. No complaints. The posted Schedule was followed.
Great bus driver and timeliness. Just wish the inside of the bus would have been cleaner.
