Mary G.2 November 2019 |

pleased the drivers coped with a windstorm and changed buses. The first driver, a lady, was gruff and older passengers behind us would have been greatly relieved with a simple clear explanation "we will change to a smaller vehicle and everything will be fine" instead she kept everyone guessing and was uncommunicative.

It was a good solid trip. The Amherst to Charlottetown segment had good leg room and good quality seating. My one disappointment was that I would like to see a better wifi signal L Atkinson

Drivers so friendly and helpful Just come from New York whata difference

Justin F.18 July 2019 |

Very friendly and helpful staff - helped get a cab from the stop to my hotel. The smaller bus on the second leg of the journey was a bit older and could have used some refurb, but otherwise a great trip.

Georgia W.17 July 2019 |

I made the booking in error. I immediately tried to cancel it but could not. I did not use the bus. I was not able to get to a bus station. I could not talk to a human being. I could not get a real email from anyone. Now, most upsettingly, I am receiving this auto-generated survey that presumes I have taken the bus--which means no actual person has received any of my messages!

Bus is good, staff are also good. But from Amherst to Charlottetown they sent a van. After the trip my back is aching.

Eva G.18 November 2018 |

Everything was late because of the storm (which was obviously not the fault of the drivers or employees) and all the drivers and the employees at the desk at the airport were so beyond helpful and friendly. They made sure everyone got where they needed to go despite the winter storm and were very accommodating. Bus driver also called a taxi for me at the end of the line which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend Maritime Bus to friends traveling through Halifax and PEI.
