Nice comfortable and quiet, however communication with the change over was not sufficient. Enduring the abuse of the police officers in the meantime was unjust. And the temperatures were kept on cool the whole night
The last 2 times I used Grayhoud was 4 hours late and I needed to wait 4 hours for the bus the last time It was also 4 hours late while I was in the bus due to and the delaye of an breakdown that shows me your busses don't get service that often
The bus was extremely cold, I had never suffered like that in a bus because of the aircon before. The last pitstop we had was arounf 12 midnight and we only stopped at our final destination before 10 in the morning which was also late it was supposed to be 9. It was my very first time on Greyhound.
What I enjoyed was it arrived on time to depart. What was the bad experience that the bus broke down 15min later for 2hours. The toilet was malfunctioning, the charging ports weren't working. My bag wasn't tagged and the driver assistance was rude and short tempered.
I enjoyed the help and the staff’s professionalism, but the bus needs a clean and needs a bit TLC. The tint was scratched off, some covers are torn and there is a smell in the bus. But overall I had a good experience and would use the service again if needed.
The worst trip i have experienced in my entire life. Bus being late with two hours. It keeps on overheating the whole way. Cover 400km (from Bloemfontein to Pretoria) with 12 hours. They don't care about their passengers at all.
