Horrible, dirty seats, the one I was sitting on couldn't tilt back. Poor communication by the drivers. We stopped in Harrismith for a long time after dropping off people and there was no explanation what we were waiting for in a hot bus

I was adviced that the bus would pick me up at Engen Midrand one stop garage I got there earlier until I reliased that the time has passed when I called I was told it was a different one as they have North and South which was not indicated on the ticket I lost my money.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

Driver was kind and communicated nicely with us when we were stuck due to the accident however the bus had a foul smell that we had to endure.Air-con was super cold even when it’s winter and at night. I understand it’s to keep the driver awake but maybe try switching it on and off to also accommodate us.

The 8:20 bus was very late and there was no 7:20 bus so we ended up with an overload to Durban.
Many users appreciated the clean and comfortable buses, with functional air conditioning and helpful drivers. However, there were some concerns about delays without updates, non-functional charging points, issues with toilets on board, and occasional discomfort due to temperature control or seating adjustments. Overall experiences varied but leaned towards positive feedback regarding comfort during travel.
