Your drivers were professional, they had an adjustment infront of the passengers and when it come to the uttire they must presentable atleast casual if not semi casual would make it to comfort to drive a long distance.
IAM not certisfied at all because I'm still on the road I be not arrived at home yet Vilamoura does not go straight to p e it dropped us at eastlondon thn they organise a seven sitter to take us to p e .as I'm texting now we are still in Grahamstown ,imagine being on the road for more than 15 hours the bus tht I booked on line said I will arrived in PE at 07 :10 but tht was a lie because they do not have abuse tht is going straight to Pe .iwill never never again book this bus thank u
The treatment we got from greyhound yesterday was bad. Imagine arriving for a 5 pm bus but leave at 9pm. Please look in to this. I am very dissatisfied. The next thing we are loaded onto a bus we didn't want.
Thee company must not take passengers for granted, buses must be properly serviced. They must not load passengers in unroad worth buses, then transfer them in another which breaks down again causing delays. A bus supposed to arrive 08:30 only arrived at 6:30, which is ten hours later. It's my last time to use the bus and won't recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy.
Bad experience ever ,they brought a VR bus which was not Eldo coaches and when we speak to the driver , he was very rude and told us if we are not happy we must leave the bus, I payed R870 for the bus that was not Eldo coaches and hygiene was very very bad , I won’t even use this bus ever
The busses are doing a great job, it's the support staff that is lacking _ we had to get off the
bus because my brother suffered epileptic seizures. I have been trying to re book I have emailed through the documents as requested but am getting nowhere
Company needs to improve, if it means more buses should be acquired during busiest times of the year, so be it. Really having to wait almost 2 hours for a bus is not on.
Terrible, the hygiene was Terrible the bus leaked water when it rained and apart from being on the road houres after we were supposed to arrive, the bus broke down.
The worst experience on a bus ever.
Worse traveling experience of my life. We were stuck in one location for 8 hours. The staff were not communicating, the helpline was non responsive and the drivers were not helpful at all
