The return from Edinburgh was very poor. Three Flixbus just drove past the Haymaket stop. They were empty. As well as our scheduled bus didn't even arrive. Had to pay another £20 and got on a Citylink bus. Very poor!!!

The service was vey good. The only disappointing thing was we expected to be able to take our small carry on bags onto the bus but were made to check this in with my big bag because it had wheels on it. The bag cargo area was filthy and both my bags came out covered in dirty dust.
