Over 5 hours late arriving. Numerous stops, most of which seemed entirely unnecessary. We were never told how long the bus would stop for. No cushions or blankets. Seats were narrower than on other buses we have used.
Clean and comfortable. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi. I logged on ok but later lost connection and got an error when I tried to log back in so I had no Wi-Fi for most of the journey.
The bus was comfortable and the temperature was good. The toilet was overflowing only a quarter of the way into the journey and couldn’t be used until it was cleaned São Paulo . The wi-fi didn’t work for us as foreigners but locals were fine . The attendant on the first part of the journey did not help at all as we only spoke English He ignored us but the attendant on the last part of the journey was very good and supported us even tho he couldn’t speak English. Our journey too 28 hrs instead of 24hrs .
Whole journey was good - however for the price we paid we wasn’t provided any food: we upgraded to first class which was an extra $60 Australian fillers - it gave us free water but everyone was walking in and taking it so not worth upgrading just for a slightly larger seat.
The bus was two hours late arriving at the destination, the WIFI did not function, there was no trash collection or a place to dispose of it for 28(!) hours, the bathrooms became unusable and the staff was indifferent.
I've been traveling by buses for a long time now and this was by far the worst experience.
The bus was very, very cold. Some water was leaking at the back of the bus and my small backpack (on the first front row of seats) got wet, books included. The air conditioner diffuser was also broken.
