It was a good trip, however I have to say the a/c is set far too low and between 9 pm and midnight especially, I was freezing!! Bus companies must remember foreigners don’t carry blankets and r mostly wearing shorts and T shirts! I was freezing!!
Unfortunately a bus was broken and so we had no places with real beds. In addition, I could not adjust my seat properly, he always tilted backwards. The wifi didn‘t work.
The informations (how many stops, when are the bigger rests for eating and drinking) could be better.
We took a 16hr overnight bus trip. There were no blankets or pillows offered and it was cold on the bus, also no food or beverages were offered. We didn’t see any staff throughout the trip.
The seats were comfortable though
The bus was very comfortable. Although we arrived one and a half hour late, we were very satisfied with the trip. The seats were very comfortable to sleep in and we were happy that the bus made some stops along the way.
