It was approximately a three-hour journey, and I found the seats less comfortable than I expected for such a long trip. Before boarding the Hannon coach, I had travelled with Citylink, and I found their seats more comfortable with better legroom.
I was also expecting USB charging points on the coach, but unfortunately, there were none. This was quite surprising, especially as the Citylink buses I travelled on had USB charging points
