I don't know why the 1st Bus was not a scheduled route (as per Greyhound Customer Service), but no one in C/S could help me. There was also no one at the Greyhound window at the late hour. The Bus drivers were nice and and a bit helpful. But we had to wait for over 2 Hours for the driver to arrive to take the bus into Ottawa! So we got into the city over 2 hours late.
Very bad experience from Hamilton buses always arriving very very late. No information desk to update passengers very poor communication with customers service center they can't even tell what's going on. Very disconnected system no one is talking to each other worst than what I have seen in third world countries especially in this modern world of technology. Greyhound have to step up and hold themselves accountable with this type of services only focus is collecting money and not keeping to the terms and conditions of the service they suppose to provide.
Hamilton buses are a little late but overall the drivers are excellent and very understanding
The first bus driver seemed a little cranky and did not care that he was late by 40 minutes, but the second bus driver was very kind and gracious. The first bus from Hamilton to Toronto was late by 40 minutes, and the bus from Toronto to Ottawa was full so everyone had to wait another 20ish minutes for another bus. Throughout the entire process there was little to no communication which left a lot of uncertainty for me
Hamilton location is very bad and no customer service available
All their staff members are friendly... the bset part their drivers was so nice and answer all yours questions thanks Greyhound!!
Everything was excellent except the timing of the bus from scarborough to ottawa
Due to not knowing there was a marathon in Toronto for 26,000 runner we had to drive around the city.No decent stop in Belleville either, late in Toronto. No assistance getting up or down the steps.Poor quality food at the Toronto terminal.
The bus showed up over an hour late which made quite the delay to our transfer bus but they held the bus for us and we were able to get to our destination but an hour late.
It was aii
Our bus from Hamilton to Toronto was 50 minutes late. No explanation or apologies given
1. Even when there's a bit time loss, it's gained 2. Very courteous driver, and numerous 3. Excellent pre-briefing and conteneous updates by the driver througgt the trip 4. Neat and clean bus and bus Terminal especially where they are Greyhound exclusive 5. Good inside temperatures...(except for a person like me who lives in a tropical country and comes here only occassionally) 6. Given any other chance and choice, I would still choose Greyhound 7. Personally, I get very anxious travelling without a safety belt, but I still want to believe Greyhound is more grounded in safety assurance than iam...so I will stay with the belief that I'm safe.
Unfortunately the bus was almost 15 minutes late and I really needed to hustle to reach my destination.
Very efficient except layover waits
Good service. Good drivers.
The Greyhound bus from ottawa to hamilton was very dissatisfactory. The bus arrived 3 hours late in picking us up from Scarborough and the customer service associates where not only rude and unhelpful but also lied as to the reasons why the bus was late. They often hung up the phone on us and never called us back. I certainly won't be using the this bus to travel again.
The first bus from Hamilton to Scarborough had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom - it was unbearable. The route was so slow due to traffic - on a Saturday evening.
There was no air conditioning and people on the bus were feeling sick from it
Arrived in Ottawa an hour later than expected arrival time; wasn't given explanation along the way from the driver as to expect the delay at all.
The buses to ottawa didn't leave on time
The bus took so long on the way. When I booked the the showing was 2:30 arrival at 7:30pm. But we left at 3pm and got to straws at 10:20 pm . I missed even one day of my conference.
