The bus was 2hours late as the highway was closed down I called the company and I was told they have no clue when it will be open told me it could be 15minutes-5 hours so they recommend I just wait so I did and after 2 hours i decided to leave as I wouldn’t have had a ride home anyways I booked a bus the next morning but I was very dissatisfied that I could not get and form of reimbursement considering I had to rebook the next morning.
