1. We didn’t know that there should be a change during the trip and that we should take 2 buses. 2. It was really cold in the bus from Madrid city center to Cadiz.

Alejandra M.27 July 2018 |

The departure was late, so the arrival. Internet connection never worked for me.

The driver was unhelpful and rude. We were not native Spanish speakers but made an effort. We had only received one email print out for our two tickets and had printed this at the last minute at the railway station. The driver of the bus refused to grant us both access despite my showing him the email confirming two tickets ( it would help if drivers had these details) Eventually I was literally crying and an English speaking man showed the driver the tickets on my phone screen with the one corresponding ref to the printed ticket and the other name and confirmation and reference number. This man insisted that the driver make a check. He did and allows us both on board. We were so upset by this experience and the drivers ignorant and totally impolite manner that it tarnished our trip around Spain .
