I was waiting at the airport near a busstop that said Nerja..I asked different drivers to help in Spanish because they don’t speak english Ii waited from 10 till 11.30 than the driver who I asked three times alreadyy when and where the bus would come said I had to go to Malaga first…why didn’t he say that at 10 o clock , I would have easely made it!!Then I had to take a Taxi, which costed me €80,- , I am very unhappy with your service!!
Especially because I was waiting at the Busstop with Alsa and Nerja on it!
Regards, Colinda Belle
The service was on time and the driver was very helpful and we were glad that the bus was running, especially in the Coronavirus crisis. The only problem was that the bus interior and seats were tired and grubby.
My flight from London was 2 hours delayed so I missed my 9.30 bus however I was not allowed to use my bus ticket which was for 9.30 on the 11.00 bus, I had to pay again!
We had some difficulty with Alsa in Cordoba. We made a mistake booking our bus on line. However, when we arrived at the station in Cordoba the Alsa office was closed ( closes from 11: 30 - 13:30) so we could not get assistence with changing our ticket. We had to use the machine to get a new ticket, but neither of the machines worked. So we had to miss our bus. We went across the street and bought a train ticket. So needless to say we were not impressed with Alsa setvice in Cordoba.
The bus was late in arriving by 30 minutes going to Nerja and 15mins late back to Malaga. both journeys were uncomfortable as they normal service buses with no toilets as confirmed.
Great service. I booked the tickets online with no access to a printer . On to of that I went to the wrong bus station. It was not a problem with the ALSA ticketing agent who “ fixed” everything. Kudos, ALSA
