Overall great, but I had to ask someone what platform to go to because Almuñecar doesn’t show up on the board in the bus station and my ticket didn’t say what the final destination of the bus was. Also there were no charging sockets on the bus which would make it better.
No problem with Alda, but someone else was also booked for my seat and bus was completely full. After consulting with Alda personnel etc I was allowed to sit up front next to driver..this caused delays in leaving and stress to me..I don’t know who’s fault it was but very unfortunate.
The driver drove much to fast. It felt very insecure in the slopes. Even so we were a bit late to Almuñecar. For me the delay was not important. I would rather be a little bit later and feel safe.
I would have apreciated hela with my heavy bags. I also had the impression that there should be beverages on board. Neither heard of beverages or saw any.
we had a delay of 2 3/4 hours not our fault when we got to the bus desk we were told that there would be another bus within the hour ... that was fine but we had to buy 3 more tickets .. our original tickets could not be transferred.. quite disappointed that we had to purchase more tickets when our delay was not our fault
I had a 3 hour delay at Bristol airport when I got to Malaga airport then over to the bus desk we were unable to transfer the tickets that we had previously paid on line so we had to buy 3 more tickets I was a little disappointed as the delay was not our fault
