We understood the bus left from the airport bus station. The representative was very unclear in advising us to travel to the centre of town (we saw an earlier bus to Seville at the airport, there was also a timetable for Seville bus there.) When we attempted to catch the bus, this representative was very aggressive & shouted that she had already given instructions. We finally caught a bus to the town centre & BOUGHT further tickets. I might add my wife is disabled & in a wheelchair, which made it all more difficult. Not happy with your service
I was given the wrong bus stop and I missed by staff. The staff was not present at the local Malaga Bus Stop to guide me to the right bus stop despite me arriving at the bus stop way before time, I could have travelled to the actual bus stop and got the bus in time but I missed it because there was no one to tell me how it works!
It was a pleasant trip from Malaga to Seville. The driver drove at 90/100 km/h in a good manner.
The seat are comfortable with plenty of legroom. I could charge my phone and there is also on board entertainment on every seat. I received a complimentary bottle of water and headphones.
Highly recommend!
Excellent comfortable service we actually arrived 5 minutes early. Would recommend stress free journey in air conditioned bus sit back in comfortable seats and enjoy the scenery.
Overall everything was fine but air conditioning... I wa sitting next to the window and I was almost freezing.. Dear ALSA team x next time, if it’s possible please check by yourself how cold the air is, and if possible adjust the temperature
Excellent service. Super economy seats were fantastic, free water and ear plugs on the way but nothing on return from Seville. Seats were not luxury either. Highly recommend.
Great trip in time, very comfortable coach, problem in finding which stop but found in the end, driver was very good and safe however he could have been a bit friendlier. Not at all courteous.
The bus was 45 minutes later than scheduled. It was not direct as it stopped at antiquara. Also there was no point in pre booking seats as people just sat anywhere.
I didn't appreciate having a ticket printed for 8:15 am that every one else seemed to know was a 9am bus. Would have preferred that hour in bed rather than hanging around a bus depot
We have taken ALSA Avansa Portillo and Socibus. ALSA Supra surpasses all competitors. Free wifi. On trip from Granada back to Malaga we wanted to return early and was switched to AVanza. No wifi late departure. Trip from Seville to Malaga was on time free wifi bottled water and earphone. Socibus was good too just not as good as ALSA.
