Super service from start to finish. Easy to buy ticket online. Bus on time. Friendly helpful staff and bus was modern and clean. Bus left on time and arrived to Malaga on time. Brillant service
It was very unclear which bus we were looking for. We booked for 12:55 but it would be better to have bus numbers on the bus and tickets so it makes it easier for travelers
The only thing that was not straightforward for me is that the bus driver told me that I would have had to signal for an intermittent station if I was going to get off. I clearly had no idea of that, so he stopped a bit later and let me exit. I know this is a bit irregular, but I am still very grateful. Maybe with proper instructions, this could have been avoided.
The driver who drives the bus was felt uncomfortable for he uerly to stop or moving. Hoping he can adjust his driving character cause of it is very important to the passengers.
It is a pity that the Nerja bus stop doesn’t have an information system / screen. I didn’t know should I go and get a taxi as I needed to get to the airport. When the bus came, there was panic and crowding by passengers desperate to get on the bus.
My bus from Nerja to Malaga was 30 minutes late and because of this I missed my connecting bus to Tarifa. Bus driver was not helpful and I had to pay extra euros out of my pocket for my new bus. Not happy with your service.
I asked the driver if it went to malaga airport, which he said yes. Endstop was at malaga centre where i had to wait for another bus to the airport which had a 20 min delay. I missed my flight home because of this. Everything was late. Information wasnt right.
