No cumplen nada de lo que ofrecen. No tenía enchufes, tenía puertos usb que no funcionaban. Tampoco tenía wifi ni pantallas. Había un televisor que puso las noticias 10 minutos y luego se estropeó
The mobile charging facility is not available near chair. We couldn’t use Mobile.
The lunch break should be announced at the beginning of journey
If English language is used for announcements, it would be good
Great transportation option. Price was affordable. Unfortunately, there were some very loud passengers and children which made the trip slightly uncomfortable.
The bus is very clean and Comfortable my only recommendation go before your time by at least 15-30 to avoid any rush specially finding your bus and entering the station!. I followed the link they sent for the station bus it directed me to a totally different entrance!
It was hard to find the bus station at the airport. No one knew where it was located. We wasted time and we almost missed the bus from Madrid to Sevilla. Should have better notifications at the airport.
Unfortunately we had to change buses twice during the trip. I do understand that sometimes these things are uncontrollable, however, updates and information were not provided. We were only allowed five mins to use the restroom at the rest stop.
Too cold the air conditioning, there was light on during the whole night journey. While on stop a regaetton music would
Be played, which disturbed people trying to sleep.
did not drop us at airport on return journey. Told us a bus would turn up in 20 mins we waited longer than that and nothing! Got taxi to airport where our car was parked....Long day and late home
On the return journey we had to get off the bus at estacion sur and wait for one to the airport which we were told would be 20 mins. We waited half hour and nothing! Asked member of staff who then told us to go to another stop. Still no bus. We then decided to taxi to airport as it was late and our car was parked there!
Bus made it to destination earlier than planned which was great. Seats comfortable enough for 8 hours. Only annoying thing was that the electricity for the chargers wasn’t working so couldn’t charge my phone!
Wifi was not working and when asked To the driver, hé said I can t Help. 6 Hours with only one movie and then a few cartoons but Tv with Also no signal for most of the Journey. Before the trip it would be Nice To mention about the plug under the Seat as was looking for it a while...
I had the seat 3,4 and the powers werent working. Also the seats were too small so that I couldnt stretch my legs all night.
The driver was kind but played the music too loudly all along the trip.
