The trip was wonderful the bus was clean. I thought the driver was a bit harsh...no taking off shoes, no food, sit with seatbelt all the time.
It is a night drive and people want to feel comfortable...and relaxed.
I had an ok experience, except that the other passengers ate seeds and sandwiches while on the road which was annoying because of the unpleasant noise and smell.
Avanza, sub contracted the route to outside vender, not appreciated!!
The driver arrived late and arrived about 2 hours late. The driver had to stop twice for break. The first break understandable but the second 30 min break made no sense at all. Blame it on the law. Over all was not blessing experience traveling with baby and 11, 15 years old.
The bus was old. It was small and uncomfortable. The driver always made it too warm. Also it was raining and the water was on our seats and everywhere. The driver always was distracted by the phone
The fact that we could travel at night was very important to us and we thank the company and the staff for making this effort for travelers. The fact that the staff is very kind, it matters a lot again. It sounded like the coach was comfortable, had air conditioning, toilet, TV, half-time break in a bus station with everything, was welcome.
Actually, I took a bus on Monday, September 1st, exchanged this ticket for the bus on monday at 7:30. As this bus was much cheaper, you made more money. I went to the ticket counter in Valencia station and asked to exchange the ticket, so I hope for your company, that the ticket today, september 7th had been cancelled by your staff and sold again.
