I found it strange that Flix bus policy I had to put my own suitcases[ which I paid additional baggage fees for] underneath the bus myself. Especially since the driver had to crawl underneath to get them out upon my departure.

I paid $100 to get from Ottawa to Peterborough and the bus did not take us to Peterborough because of a highway closure that they had previous knowledge of before our departure. I am very disappointed with FlixBus as I’m sure many other customers who were with me would also be.

The bus was initially late and then just didn't show up and i was waiting for 3 hours

I found it crowed since it is the Easter long weekend. I was also bothered by the fact that I didn't know how to lock the bathroom door.

Ride from and to destination was smooth with no problems, as 1st time users, the meeting point was extremely vague, got to Park & Ride and there were numerous areas for the bus to stop at, no signage for pick up. At Peterborough drop off and pick up area is a block from Tim Hortons why not say at Wendy's, and put a sign where to wait

Annoying rattling noise the whole time from wheels and seats and less leg room than before.

They cancelled my 6am trip about the night before. There was no other options to travel at another time so I missed a family wedding.

There were two drivers for my trip from Ottawa. The first one seemed fine, but the second one was extremely incompetent. She lacked professionalism and seemed unfamiliar with basic driving skills. I felt unsafe throughout the journey. She struggled with tasks as simple as operating the windshield wipers and opening the bus door. Her driving was reminiscent of an inexperienced learner.

The bus never showed up. I waited an hour. No email, nothing. Terrible customer service.
