Very good trip
Every other bus company in London offers painfree wifi except for National Express. I was on a 4 1/2 bus ride and had absolutely no wifi the whole time. Your company caters to customers that are travelers, many who do not have 3G/4g networks to obtain your wifi. Which means your bus is offering wifi only to customers who already have internet access! What about the others who don't?! Isn't that the whole point of having wifi?! Anyways, please just change your wifi system because it's stupid. I will never ride with National Express again because of this frustrating episode.
Please change the suspension of the vehicle Very uncomfortable
