Traveling by bus was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Spending six hours surrounded by such an unbearable smell was beyond what anyone should endure. The stench from the onboard toilet was overwhelming, making the entire trip extremely uncomfortable. It was poorly ventilated, and the unpleasant odor lingered throughout the journey. I strongly believe more effort should be made to maintain cleanliness and ensure passengers can travel in a more hygienic and tolerable environment.

Information on which bus & where to catch in terminal is challenging to figure out. Causes some anxiety, especially when the bus only shows up at departure time. Nice bus, clean and comfortable, except the A/C was freezing and we may have caught pneumonia 🤦. Bus arrival in Manzanillo was 1.5 hours past scheduled arrival.
