My bus left an hour later than it was supposed to, and then the bus ride was OK but the temperature was really really cold

The bus is very comfortable. Easy to find which one to board and if you can't tell, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Stowing bags underneath is easy and you are given a ticket to collect them after arrival. They play movies during the trip, in Spanish with Spanish subtitles. English subtitles would be nice for those who speak another language but it is a good way to pick up a little more Spanish on your ride. We rode with our 5 children and it was a great way to get from city to city. We are very happy with ADO!

Very nice, on time, they even tagg the luggage to make sure someone else doesn’t take it! Only 3-4 hours from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca (due to road work)

Excellent service from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca. The bus station was easy to find and the inside clearly marked with a digital departure board. There were 2 small concession stands to buy snacks. The bus was clean and modern with well organised boarding and security check. Seating was comfortable for this 3 hour journey and water and headphones for the entertainment. Internet was spotty but simply because coverage even on your phone is sometimes poor in less populated areas. Our journey was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the ongoing works but otherwise everything was as expected. Arrival in Oaxaca was good with rapid luggage unloading.

Our trip to Oaxaca was very comfortable. It was easy to find the ADO station. The bus and the toilets were clean, the temperature inside the bus was perfect, and the seats were large and soft. We would definitely take ADO GL again!

The bus was very comfortable but the service was lacking. We paid extra for wifi which didn't work and for a meal which consisted of a bottle of water! Don't waste your money on Platinum service.

The bus was changed to 11am but we were never told and our seats were sold to someone else. We had to find another company at the last minute.

Unfortunately the highway was closed which lead us to take an alternative route. The 3hs trip became a 9hs one. I understand things happen and the driver was great but no one communicated anything to us, I'm just lucky I speak Spanish.

The seats have been super comfortable and we had lots of space! The foot rests didnt work and the sound of the TV was a bit annoying. But everything else was perfect.
