The day od travel the weather was bad - it poured rain almost all day way through to Bariloche. All front seats at the upper deck were affected with water dripping from everywhere onto the passengers. The staff when notified, tried to prove that if one sits in a certain position, will not be affected by water - ridiculous, especially on a 7+ hours ride.
It was also very cold on the bus but even when the staff was asked to put the heating on, that was not done.
