Taking Avanza was fabulous. I saw much more of the Spanish countryside than I could by train. Bus is the way to go and the Avanza bus was efficient, modern and comfortable.
Bus was slightly late due to heavy traffic around Madrid. Maybe the schedulers need to build in a bit more time at this point in the day, as hardly the fault of the bus driver.
The only problem I had with this bus service was that when we arrived at the airport the terminal was not announced and I thought I had missed my stop. Over all I had a great journey, enjoyed the film and music. The seats were comfortable , the coach was clean and the charging point was available for use unlike others bus services.
Nice clean, safe, and comfortable bus
Clean and very comfortable. A few monitor screens very faulty and could not be used.
This was an excellent service and good value for money. The driver was friendly, he drove smoothly and considerately which made the experience even better. The on-board entertainment with free earphones was also very good. We arrived in Madrid relaxed and refreshed. I would use Avanza again.
Even though the bus terminated in Madrid Sur it was very easy to connect with metro to get to city centre
The bus was very comfortable and the driver was a safe driver. We arrived five minutes early too.
Bus did not depart from gate ticket staff indicated. No departures board at bus station to indicate what gate bus was to depart from.
Very nice rde
Bus was clean and on time , no issues
My bus arrived at the destination 15 mins earlier than expected!
The chairs on the bus were very uncomfortable and the wifi on the bus did not work
New buses. Quiet. Comfortable. Well driven. Great wifi and onboard individual screens. Bring your own wired earphone. USB slow charging at the seat.
Very satisfactory service - but needed more help /information initially.
It was alright. The bus needs upgradation.
Another great trip. Comfortable and on time.
High level services. I'm very pleased.
Comfy, pretty good leg room, liked the screen and ear plugs
The bus was basically empty so it was very comfortable. By chance I saw a box with ear plugs so I was able to watch a movie. Good sound quality
Muy bien servicio
Perfect coach service
Very friendly staff! Bus was clean and I liked that it had electric sockets.
The staff should give advice to the customers to find suitable transport for the airport
Difficulty finding out which bus was the correct one for my booking
Great bus ride, awesome entertainment selection
