We loved the double deck bus, it's new and has a screen. The driver is good, although we didn't understand the Spanish he had announced, we just guessed nothing we had missed out. It's fast and we had a nice time in the view and got an hour sleep. It is quiet and relaxing.
The bus left promptly and the driver was friendly. The app worked well. The bus looked tired; the screen was broken and so was the tray. It was extremely tight, my son who is 6foot kept hitting his head.
