ALSA User Reviews
ALSA receives praise for its punctuality, comfortable buses, and the quality of driving. However, several users report challenges with boarding organization and communication from staff regarding bus assignments and stops. Some passengers experienced confusion due to unclear directions at stations or unhelpful interactions with drivers. Additionally, restroom accessibility on long journeys was a concern for some travelers.
I've observed that Alsa is very punctual. This is so important because sometimes we need to change the destination. The drivers are helpful and kind. They announce all the necessary information. Alsa seats are comfortable. And, this is a plus point in the favour this company. I'll surely will use Alsa again

The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.

First trip from Porto to Santiago was unpleasant because of a driver. But this time was very nice. Mostly because of nice driver

Easy to book, helpful driver, clean bus, steady drive, on time! The only down side is that Mollina station could use an electronic departure board, which would make life a bit easier for everyone including tourists who might be more willing to use the service.

Excellent service and very reasonable rates. Driver was helpful and understanding

The Bus Driver didn't recognise my booking. Luckily he assumed that it was OK and let me on
