The ride was enjoyable.
Booking easy, trip had no problems. Recommended.
Special thanks to the driver for a really comfortable journey
I think the bus was late because of a detour, but it would have been nice to have an announcement to let us know what was going on and approximately how late we were going to be.
Excellent trip. Smooth ride no problems.
Polite staff: there were two busses leaving for Granada and drivers checked all tickets and helped passengers with the right one.

Confortable ride, excellent driver!
Bus was very late and no communication in seville station about status; left 40min late arrived 45min late.
Budbud great. Alsa good as well - just took a little time getting info at Seville Alsa station.
Generally ok, the board information was lacking and no English was spoken, but overall it was positive.
Everything was good..Very satisfied with ALSA
Pretty good company bus a bit late but lots of traffic
Excellent service and very smooth drive
very professional, a big guy who seemed to be some manager of ALSA approached us saw our tickets told to wait for another 30 mins for the next bus to arrive and wait at the same platform
Every thing ok
The driver was courteous and efficient. Bus was smooth and comfortable.
Very smooth journey
Everything is in order and in a timely manner.
Easy bus ride
The loading and unloading process for the luggage was unorganized. No one was there to really watch the process to ensure the luggage will go to the right passenger. Also, the smell from the bathroom was quite strong and can smell from The seats.
