No intertainment , television not working at all, put more staff to hep with check- ins, provide us with plastics for garbage on each seat, some of chrging points not working .
Comfortable, clean and most of the charging ports are working. However it would be appreciated for passenger to be given at least 3-4 stops during the trip, as we only got 2 stops
Intercape is a good bus and can be more comfortable if they can upgrade when it comes to sits because we can't bend nicely more especially when u traveling a long distance please
The drivers were extremely rude especially to the female passengers. They stopped twice gave people ten minutes break only. There were a number of females whose feet were so swollen from sitting still in one place. The drivers got a speeding fine, hit a pig and were generally disgusting in their manners to all passengers. The aircon was never switched on and the bus was extremely hot, none of the TV's worked. I will have no hesitation to be placing this complaint on Hello Peter
I have no issues about the staff and the bus, it's just that the bus always has problem with the charging ports, most of them are loose or don'tcharge at all.
I am so disappointed the bus kept getting stuck first it was stuck at Qumbu for about 2/3 hours because of transmission failure then then same thing happened at night around 8pm for about 2 hours. I’m still on the road now as I’m writing this the time is 14:09 and the bus was suppose to arrive at 9:15 in the morning. I had a work interview at 12pm today and I missed it because of Intercape bus to be disappointed is an understatement I’m shattered I came all the way from Durban to Cape Town for an interview I missed wondering what time we will get to Cape Town. There’s no reason for me to go to Cape Town cause what I went there for has long passed. I will just spend whatever money I have on a flight ticket and go back home and Durban cause I’m no more gonna risk my life with Intercape
Worst ride ever. No aircon. Staff flirting with passengers. Bus was late. Then we had to jump onto another bus because of issues. Arrived an hour later.
I was entirely satisfied. The fact that a journey of some 1600km, in varying weather and traffic conditions, took an hour longer than scheduled is nothing to complain about.
Africa has a problem with timekeeping. That can certainly improve. The quality of the shops at stopovers and pickups can also improve. It seems like some one purposefully picked all the worst places to stop.
