The bus that they provided us with was not a mainliner. It was a budgetliner. The bus did not have a toilet and the seats were very uncomfortable. Intercape did not communicate with us that budget liner instead of mainliner would be use.

Bus was at the station on time but left 40mins late as a result it affected my destination arrival time, 2hrs late. Bus was very clean, looked as new but its chairs are smaller than the usual one. I had a safe trip anyway.

The drivers don't care! I was supposed to depart from George, but then I asked the driver if he hadn't forgotten George. He told me George wasn't even on his list! However, when we arrived in Mossel Bay, I checked the list and my name was actually there. Now, I've had to wait until morning to return to George. Be warned: use AMP at your own risk!
