The bus was late and the sms I received said 1hour late I had to rush to King Williamstown 60km to bord the bus. When I spoke to the driver he said he was only 15 minutes late. I am very dissatisfied. It cost me extra. At this point I will never book intercape again.
The seats are very comfortable and the driver's were driving very well that's what I enjoyed The driver's failed to communicate we're only given time to pee once around 00:00 and that's only because we started to complain to the driver's
I did not enjoy anything I was supposed to departure at 03:40am and the bus arrived very late at 04:12 on which we never received any communique. I was supposed to arrived at 13:30pm and yet I’m still travelling. The bus had issues and we called the officers and we were promised other bus will come but only the mechanic came for about 3 times and now his following us and that was not said by the office but us as passable
