nothing was enjoyable : the departure time was late by 2 hours; the arrival time was late by 5 hours; the communication from the drivers was unclear at stops as to whether we may have a break or not, of which is an inconvenience for any traveling human being who needs to use the restroom since their coaches don't have one on board; the drivers play whatever music of their liking at any given time even when most passengers are asleep. The trip was horrendous to say the least.

The first time they were 3 hrs late, the second time they called me in my sleep saying they are 30 minutes away from my departure point, that was 11 PM while my bus was scheduled for 1:40 am. Very dissaponting service.
